Ordered food and it never arrived... For the record, generally, the app is really good and does what it's supposed to... However, I recently ordered food for delivery an hour before closing time (done this plenty of times without issue) and my food was never delivered, I was left a voice mail saying my order would be made "void" aka Cancelled and my money refunded... I was still charged for the order and all attempts to get a refund for non-Delivery or any answers have been ignored.

I still don't understand why Nandos hasn't added an option when you order 1/4 chicken if you prefer leg to the breast. Nearly everyone I know that orders 1/4 chicken we all like the leg but if you order through the app or website you have no choice. Why pay for something that you don't like or technically didn't order. You have different options for everything else on the menu. This is why I stopped eating at Nandos all together.

OK when it works (not often). Can't log in. Or logs in, start order process, then suddenly it errors. Several phones of varying model types all having the same issues.
