Was fantastic, until i updated a few months back. Now i have bugs and problems all the time. More recent updates are not fixing the issues. The lesson here kids is if your software works, DON'T UPDATE ANYTHING. Snapshots save a solid black image. Randomly cannot connect, open the camera setup and it instantly auto connects, hit save, it's fine for a while again. Widget randomly solid black for day at a time. This app was perfect for over a year, and now these problems won't go away.

This is useful app, and I would like to say special Thanks to Technical support, they was payshent and responded to all my emails and they solved the problems! I don't know if I can have NOTIFICATIONS from my cameras, free version not gave me this option and I don't see any details of that on pay version. If it is possible l would rate them 5stars! Desktop version is not that good, but I'm working on it, will see.

Thank you for your kind review. As for alarms, it is hard to give a good answer here due to the 350-char limit. Could you take a look at question “Why don't the apps have motion detection and other alarm features?” from our FAQ. https://www.ipcent.com/Home/FAQ

works on LAN BUT NOT WAN. Not enough technical support to figure out remote access to cameras. NOTE: I called the technical help and even with their help and all the help files and instructions, it was not possible to figure out which numbers go where in the port forwarding. Too complicated with superficial instructions. You need to have a video that doesn't just say what to do but shows us. I have a Century Link 1900A If you could do a screen share and show how it is done once, I would make a video so everyone else could figure it out. LAN connection was easy, WAN (remote access) was un-achievable with the instructions.

Hello, thank you for the feedback. For WAN access, please see our how-to article for WAN access: https://goo.gl/SwvsSf Edit: one challenge is that different routers may have drastically different ways of port forwarding. We can only provide which ports should be forwarded to which. There are thousands, if not tens of thousands, different routers.
