About this app

The ConnectNetwork mobile app provides quick access to our most popular services. Using the app, you can create a ConnectNetwork account, manage your account information, make deposits into various accounts, send Messages, photos and videos to your loved ones, and (NEW) take advantage of Walk-In-Retail (Pay by cash) as an alternative to using a credit card.




Our features are based on the facility. To find out which features are available to your inmate, please add them to your account.

o View your Messaging inbox, send and compose messages, and save drafts

o Use your credit or debit card to purchase Message credits

Ratings and reviews

This app worked great for the first few weeks but then I sent a message with a picture, it said it sent successfully but wouldn't show that it sent and it didn't take any credits off for it being sent and now I can't even log in. I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and still having the same problem with signing in. It keeps telling me to try again later with no success!! This app is very aggravating, unless they work out all it's bugs I wouldn't recommend it to people!!

I hear alot of complaints and one thing that stands out the most is how people say that messages sent and received are not automatically saved to the app and if they do draft their messages they dissappear. Im just curious how come they don't use securus app instead. It's the same stuff and I used it for two months and never had one problem. Just saying. Something to look into yeah?

This app is great! Sometimes there's a bug and when I send a message it says it was sent but it was not. So now I just make sure to copy the message before sending it just in case. Other than that, the app is wonderful! Messages are 25 cents to send! 1 credit is a quarter! Not bad! Could definitely be way worse. County charges 50 to send a note and 150 for a picture!
