Unless you want to buy add-ons don't waste your time. The developer apparently was just trying to get us hooked because they know you can't beat it without separate perks that cost money. Can't there just be one simple tower defense that isn't trying to bend everyone over?

Fun to play first 2 missions but gets extremely difficult after that. Can the developers balance the issue with purchasing packs? Because my friend purchased all packs and couldnt get past mis3, I got past mis3 without packs and mis4 is proving to be a FUBAR situation. Please balance out the game.

A great game indeed! The purchases are really worth it. Loved the graphics didin't lag on a weak phone. I especialy liked the soundtrack and the funny dialougues between the caracters. The gameplay is simple altho quite hard to master or think of a good strategy. What really bums me out is that you can't undo last wave's changes and I am forced to restart the mission to do it right. Also luck is a factor here, sometimes if you fail a wave, retry you might emerge victorious!

It is so hard. Even when buying 2 of the 4 packs available to play, it is still unplayable after mission 3. There should be a way to prioritize the enemies because AI sometimes works so poorly making the game even more impossible. I've seen so many people saying it is still unbeatable even when they bought all the packs. A waste of money. I can't tell how you can beat the game without paying a single coin.

Best Tower Defense I've ever played on mobile. It's very difficulty and you defenetely will repeat a lot of missions, coz of trying it in another way. I'm on mission 11 (out of 14) without paying anything, it's possible!

Insanely difficult if you don't want to pay. The game is nice, however lack of target priority and difficulty level scaling ridiculously high makes it unplayable after some time. I've spent much time to complete it and after some time it's simply impossible without putting cash on the table.

It's pretty fun at first, but over time the game exposes itself as extremely unfair. If you re-try a wave, and you've bought turrets to complete it, the turrets will be gone but so will the money. Good luck trying again! Now you have to restart the entire mission, which is around 70 waves long. Too bad, this game has a lot of promise but it's just too annoying. I don't mind difficult games, but this one is just trying to get you to spend money too much

I see everyone in the reviews saying they cant beat stage 3 even with the paid assets. Well i just beat stage 8 with 3 stars and havent spent a dime. Its not easy, but perfect strategy is enough to win. Great game.

Best tower defence game I know. But if you are expecting some easy walk in the park you will not like it. This game is challenging if, like me, you don't want to pay money to win, but it can be done. You just need to follow the basic strategies: Create the longest path possible for the aliens to move through, spend as little as possible to maximise the efficiency bonus and give you options for the harder waves, place turrets to minimise rotation and concentrate fire in killing fields using upgraded Warp Generators and Tesla Arrays (try to get as many path dots inside their range as possible). It will take a lot of trial and error but it can be done.

Prison cell game, sadly. Nice try devs and respect for providing prisoners with a diversion but difficulty for the rest of us is simply too intense. This said, like others, after making 2 of 4 IAPs...

A tower defence game that doesnt tell you any statistics of damage makes it impossible to compair towers or know if its better to build more or upgrade existing ones. The game is just trial and error and makes for a dull game.

Learning curve for this game is pretty high. Even with all the packs unlocked, this game will punish you for a bloody misplaced module or tower. May I suggest a higher efficiency cap for a better comeback?

Embarrassed to admit I've purchased all four weapons packs for this game on three different platforms because I love it so much. And grateful there's no in-game adverts or ongoing up selling. I know it's getting old but I live in hope of more missions... please?

Its pretty fun, though the fun wears off pretty quickly once you realize that the developers designed the game to be unwinnable without buying upgraded weapons. Pretty sad, could've been the best tower defense ever, but they couldn't resist. It's infuriating getting 22 waves into a 25 wave mission and not being able to move towers or obtain $ to place new towers. You have to start completely over and try again. Creating your own path is a nice touch, sad to say im uninstalling.

DISAPPOINTED! I downloaded this after paying for the full version of Radiant Free, a great shoot-em-up from the same developers, and I wanted to see if this was as good. Initially I found it enjoyable and challenging. THEN, I got to level 4 and after many attempts I realised that I would be unable to defeat it without PAYING REAL MONEY FOR WEAPONS! Come on guys, what are you thinking?! The game's good enough without having to resort to this underhanded tactic. Do what you did with Radiant Free and make the free version possible to complete without spending real money, then charge a REASONABLE amount for the full version. I was happy to pay for Radiant Free and I am still playing it years later. Change your marketing strategy and I might change my review. Right now I am seriously p@#$ed off and I am going to uninstall it.

But it's not easy. You have to rethink your strategy many times. Also the IAPs are fine. You pay for them once, and you have the full game.

If you are looking for a game thats hard but simple to get the hang of then this is the game for you. I have played this game from start to finish a few times and find its a great way to kill loads of time. You will need the upgrade packs for later levels but well worth it.

Purchased add-on hone again and hexage doesn't reply to emails anymore. The add-ons are required to progress past 's certain point and add some fun alternatives but hexage has gotten greedy and they disappear expecting you to buy them again.

Good Game, I still stuck in "quantum" mission without using a package but you can try more harder than lvl 3. In that mission, I using all types including judgement laser ray ( between 3 to 6 tower placed ). And use tesla, slower and poison to beat any crabs ( if they appeared ).

Haven't played this game much in a while but I've got fond memories of it. One of the few games I've enjoyed on mobile and one of my favourite TD games. Very well done.

Easy to hit a wall. Seriously I've been playing this game for a couple years and advanced maybe two levels. A lot of people seem to praise this for being challenging. Well it is, unfortunately there's nothing to do when you get stuck somewhere. Since every level is self encapsulated in its economy there's no reason to go back to previous levels except to beat your previous score. It doesn't help you advance at all. So when you're stuck you're stuck and being stuck for a year despite trying hundreds of turret arrangements that almost work is endlessly frustrating. At least it's not pay to win. I bought all the add-ons to mix things up and make the game easier. Doesn't help all that much. If at all.

Fantastic tower defense Game. Literally love the game but it has a few minor issues that make it annoying. For one prioritising targets would be nice and more levels, But all in all a good little shooter :) (Update: i've downgraded this as there's literally no new content in over a year.)

Impossible to complete without paying money. It's still a great game but the turret aim is so stupid that it starts to annoy after a while.

Great game and I love the way you can play however you want but what I don't like is 2 things 1 being the turret AI when they have something targeted they forget about everything else but that one target. So you lose lives because your towers are busy targeting an enemy that just spawned instead of an enemy that is right next to the reactor and 2 the in app purchases those really bother me because the green regeneration guys they can be killed but the characters tell you flamers would be good against them but then you check the flamer and it asks you to buy a 99 cent pack to use it. I understand that's how you make money and all but I just wanted to voice my opinion about it.

Unremarkable tower defense with very poor weapon AI. Restarting a wave until you get lucky is the best way to succeed as your turrets turn in random directions and notice the enemy at random intervals. High incentive to purchase the "upgrades".
