Downgraded from 2 to 1 star. Crashing, loading errors, losing loading data, rechecking identify, in many cases software has to be uninstall and reinstall again, all ongoing issues for few years now. Update after half a year - nothing changed, still very, very poor software. The same issues. Advice? Hire competent programmers!

For the past 2 months or so, no matter when or where from I try to log into the app, it says that it couldn't show my info ATM and that there was an issue at their end. It is understandable when there is a maintenance happening or something, but not to be able to access it for over 2 months is just a joke. When accessing Experian via browser from the same device - no problem, all works great, so it is not a connection or VPN issue, but the app's itself.

absolutely awful. had to pay for a monthly subscription and only then did my mortgage account show and my score went up 193 points. there were 2 negative factors before paying and only one afterwards. it's scandalous that the information was not correct until I paid for the subscription.
