This app does not work correctly. I've had issues with the app not recognizing locations and there is no way to fix or make adjustments on the app. Their customer service folks are friendly enough but usually do not have the ability to help with app issues like this. The only answer they give is to use a paper mileage log. Then why have an app at all?

Mostly, the app is good, but there are some issues. Once a trip is scheduled, it cannot be edited. Also, in the app, while there is an option for if you use a wheelchair, however, there isn't an option to indicate if you use a walker. If there is a way to add these functions, the app would be 5* in my opinion. Edit: lost more stars. The service is great, the app is horrible. The app scheduled me for "public transportation." If I'm taking the bus, I don't schedule it!!!

FYI, the phone number listed here for support is ONLY for switching from Access 2 Care to MTM. The app is helpful most of the time; when it glitches, it can be bad, but I like that I can tap a button when I'm done with my appt & it'll notify the transportation company. I also like that I can note that I have a walker with me, so the driver knows to expect it. I just wish there was a way to get more than very basic support, and I wish it had dark mode.
