MTM is excited to make it easier for health plan eligible members to manage their non-emergency transportation needs on their schedule. The app provides a convenient and easy to use alternative to calling MTM directly to get the information they need. Upon successfully signing up with the necessary health plan information, users will be able to take advantage of a number of features, including:

i. Ability to manage their contact information
ii. View details about upcoming rides scheduled with MTM
iii. Cancel rides no longer needed
iv. Request New Rides

Overall I feel the app is pretty useful and great to have. It's definitely easier than having to go to the website or use a paper form all the time. I would say there's a few improvements that could be made just for convenience at the very least. I'd love the ability to have favorites for locations. That way I don't have to keep typing in addresses for rides or GMR requests, all locations I need are right there and I can just select it from an address book. Or add new locations if needed.

app has been broken for over a month. have not been able to leave ratings or reviews. I can write them but they never submit after I click them, no matter how many times I refresh the app. Very frustrating. I have great drivers and I'd like to leave them a good review, and there are also folks that need more training and passengers need to be able to relay information if safety is an issue.

For short trips, short destinations, and especially multiple destinations, use Lyft or Uber. When you send independent service, the service you sent today was an hour before I was supposed to leave. That specific type of driver said, that's how his company does it. Some facilities don't allow you to access the building, until certain times. Now you're standing on the side of road or parking lot. Use Lyft for less problems or me having to cancel and reschedule.
