If, while creating a trip via the app, you get a message saying to call them, and your new trip does not show up in the app, just try to create it again and go slower. I often have to submit the same trip two or three times to get it to show up, each time getting a message saying I have to call them. I think it processes your trip request in pieces, and if you submit the last piece before it finishes processing the first, you get the message.

Need to fix a lot of issues. 1. Pickup times are way off. I received alerts for tomorrow's pickup with a time of 3:49am for a 2pm appointment. 2. When I open the app to review messages, the last two that I received 20 minutes ago were sent "-339m ago". 3. We had to cancel 2 of our weekly rides due to an extended stay in the hospital for unrelated issues. I had to call to cancel because there is no way to cancel a single trip in a recurring event.

I thought the app would be easier. It's not. Only twice did it let me set up my own ride (one didn't count because I had forgotten to do it before I left home & it's GPS tracked). You still need to call and set everything up, and fight the automated system to get a human. The app is honestly pointless other than it submits the trip right away.
