The app sometimes requires you to enter the same trip info multiple times before it takes when scheduling mileage reimbursement trips. Also, if you don't remember to hit the "I'm leaving" button until you get to your appointment destination, it's too late. As if you magically flew to your appointment & didn't leave from your usual departure address that is your home. It'd be nice if there was a departure time reminder feature.

FYI, the phone number listed here for support is ONLY for switching from Access 2 Care to MTM. The app is helpful most of the time; when it glitches, it can be bad, but I like that I can tap a button when I'm done with my appt & it'll notify the transportation company. I also like that I can note that I have a walker with me, so the driver knows to expect it. I just wish there was a way to get more than very basic support, and I wish it had dark mode.

Mostly, the app is good, but there are some issues. Once a trip is scheduled, it cannot be edited. Also, in the app, while there is an option for if you use a wheelchair, however, there isn't an option to indicate if you use a walker. If there is a way to add these functions, the app would be 5* in my opinion. Edit: lost more stars. The service is great, the app is horrible. The app scheduled me for "public transportation." If I'm taking the bus, I don't schedule it!!!
