MTM is excited to make it easier for health plan eligible members to manage their non-emergency transportation needs on their schedule. The app provides a convenient and easy to use alternative to calling MTM directly to get the information they need. Upon successfully signing up with the necessary health plan information, users will be able to take advantage of a number of features, including:

i. Ability to manage their contact information
ii. View details about upcoming rides scheduled with MTM
iii. Cancel rides no longer needed
iv. Request New Rides

This app is useless, I always have difficulties scheduling a trip for gas mileage reimburstments. I spoke with the tech department and did all the trouble shooting steps they advised me to do, but the application still does not work when I need it to. When I am finally able to schedule a round trip the app doesn"t work when I tap I'm leaving. It says my location can't be verified, make sure you are in a service area. I have been able to use this app just fine in the past, but not any longer.

The app is pretty low quality by today's standards. I timeout every few minutes even while I have the app open in the background. The scheduling flow needs work. If I go to the date I need on the calendar, I have to re-enter it during the ordering process. There are missing links and information too. Furthermore, drivers show up when they please, not when needed. Sometimes they're 1½ hours early and expect me to be ready. Worse, I've been ready and stranded without notice three weeks in a row!

I've called multiple times about the same thing. I have basic functionality issues. I have to call when trying to enter a trip, several tries. I reach my destination it only approves the 1st leg of a round trip. The address should match with the GPS. I'm at that location,but it tells me I'm not. Repeat locations at that. Fix the app or just have people call in it's crazy. And I don't need to email yall for help. I've have at least 6 IT tickets pending
