App is not loading, continuously error message "Bong is tidying up". Re-installed app, that didn't solve issue. On top off this mal-function, ever since switch to 5G it became increasingly difficult to connect to internet with mobile data. Can't get any signal or connection in the street in front of apartment building and have to walk to next block. Can't pay shop keepers or book Grab. Troubleshoot first and sort out all issues before you start introducing new features.

The new update is so messy, I added $1.5 but I can't change the plan from $1 to $1.5 . It said I don't have enough data. So I added $1.5.But it still says I don't have enough data to change the plan from $1 to $1.5.It cost me some money.Does your company always take advantage of customers? It's really annoying for all the customers, including me.

App is Slow and I have enough balance but my internet is slow even if I am in middle of PP. Such a strategy to force user to top up.
