sometimes the server is very pooly. when I chat or ask to the customer service are always tell me like this to like that recommended, but still not better. Sometimes they tell me or about my phone, although, my phone is new or high marchine..... hmmmm I don't know what should I do....? please help to correct your service. thank you for your understanding.

Tried switching plans, it said not enough balance so I needed to top up but after topped up, it just spent it on an existing plan and not enough balance to switch plans again.

The application operates at an excessively slow pace, and the exchange balance service is consistently unavailable and encounters errors. Additionally, troubleshooting requires considerable time.
