App is not loading, continuously error message "Bong is tidying up". Re-installed app, that didn't solve issue. On top off this mal-function, ever since switch to 5G it became increasingly difficult to connect to internet with mobile data. Can't get any signal or connection in the street in front of apartment building and have to walk to next block. Can't pay shop keepers or book Grab. Troubleshoot first and sort out all issues before you start introducing new features.

App is Slow and I have enough balance but my internet is slow even if I am in middle of PP. Such a strategy to force user to top up.

I think while being safe online is one of the top priority these days. I liked the app easy navigation and the bot's response to my query was accurate. Great 👍
