Ratings and reviews

For the past few weeks this app have been frustrating while opening the app. To subscribe for a new data is now a problem or even checking the data balance. It usually shows "Time out " or " it will be endless loading" or "blank ". If this is happening because of the arrival of new users on the app please your developers need to fix this as soon as possible because it's really discouraging and frustrating. I'll give you the full stars when this error is fixed. GOOD LUCK.

What you display on the app and dial isn't what you are giving out as data bundles. I bought campus-booster from your app and dial three times and the amount of data given was slashed. please, fix your bundles before it becomes a big problem. seriously thinking of switching to another network provider.

I honestly don’t understand why I would load my phone with airtime when I didn’t make any calls or buy data, yet all my credit was deducted without any message or explanation of what it was used for. Glo, this is unacceptable. To make matters worse, your customer care number isn’t going through. I’ve been trying endlessly, and only God knows how long I’ve been at this.
