The Glo app is one of the worst network apps I've ever used. It hardly loads, and most of the time it gets stuck on the loading screen. I'm unable to buy data subscriptions through the app, even though that's how I usually purchase my data. This issue has been going on for too long and it's very frustrating. Please fix the app and improve its performance because it's becoming unreliable for customers who depend on it.

if this was the previous app I would have definitely given it a five star. I hope glo is seeing the silly update they did. Now everything is difficult. Its hard to perform basic transactions that were easy in the previous version. The security option should be optional. I liked glo app because it was fast and easy. Now I have to login every time I want to open the app and I have to put my password every time I want to make a transaction. When I recharge or subscribe,I only receive it hours later

It's been awhile since I've updated the app and since then I've not been able to access the app because of the registration. The SMS OTP pops up at the right time but the email OTP is the frustrating part. It sometimes takes 24hours before it drops which is far longer than the time it takes to expire. GLO needs to do better on this one! I've still not been able to log in tho.
