Ratings and reviews

For the past few weeks this app have been frustrating while opening the app. To subscribe for a new data is now a problem or even checking the data balance. It usually shows "Time out " or " it will be endless loading" or "blank ". If this is happening because of the arrival of new users on the app please your developers need to fix this as soon as possible because it's really discouraging and frustrating. I'll give you the full stars when this error is fixed. GOOD LUCK.

One of the useless things I've downloaded so far. Doesn't give you many choices of data plans to choose from. You have to wait in line just to file a complaint that they would not fix. Let me not go into the network services itself. For days now I can't even login to the app, both existing and new users are logged out with no way of logging in.

This is the worst app ever!!🤬😖 I understand why as a registered glo user I'm having issues logging in to my glo Cafe app. Anytime I try logging in, it keeps telling me that I'm not a registered glo user. This is still the same number they sent me opt number for confirmation. Can you imagine!? Rubbish!😡 Please fix it as soon as possible. Thank you.
