The worst App. They took everything from me and keep on asking things. Height is they asking to send a code from my cell to a no. I am scared, they have my passport copy, my debit card, my utility bill, validation of debit card, now they want my employer name after calling me. Not sure they want to transfer my money or want to take all of my money. I have just cancelled transaction, hope it cancels it. They offered another rate for a first time user, but at checkout it was a lesser rate.

In 21st century they ask for personal information over phone, text and email. Basically, I started a transaction to transfer money and after 3 days I got a text saying call this number to complete your transaction, when I called they started asking personal information over phone, which I was not comfortable with, when I asked if my information was not complete then why you started the transaction in first place, and asked to cancel if you cannot complete it. They are not even able to cancel.

Did is the worst money transfer I've ever had. Doesn't even deserve a one star. People are looking for easy, convenient and fast transaction. You can confirm if the sender is legit and not a scammer by asking basic information on the first time they send money not asking every detail everytime we send our money.
