HOW IT WORKS:
Focus does the heavy lifting for you. Simply enter your task, mark its importance, and set a due date. The app automatically routes your priority into one of five strategic sections:
• DO: Your immediate "red zone." These are important tasks due within the next 7 days.
• UPCOMING: Important tasks that are on the horizon. Stay aware of them before they become urgent.
• SCHEDULE: Important items with no set deadline. These are your goals that usually get pushed aside by busy work.
• DELEGATE: Tasks that aren't high-importance but still need to be tracked or handed off.
REEVALUATE: Items that lack importance and urgency. This is where you identify the noise you can eliminate from your day.
