You can use the meterUP app in over 500 other cities across the country, including New York, San Francisco, Washington, D.C., Atlanta, Chicago, Miami, New Orleans, Dallas, St. Louis, Minneapolis, Pittsburgh, and more.

How to Set Up Your Account
• Download the meterUP app and create an account with your email address and password
• Enter your license plate number and the state where your vehicle is registered
• Add your method of payment and start using the meterUP app

How It Works
On-Street and Off-Street Parking:
• Enter the zone number on the posted signs around the meter
• Select the amount of time you want to park and confirm your information
• Touch the “Start Parking” button to begin your parking session
• Extend time in the app if you are running late

Randomly signed me out. Attempted to reset password multiple times only to be hit with internal server errors over and over. Now I will probably get a ticket. Thanks a lot. Use the app daily, as I'm sure many people do. This needs to work consistently or else it seems like it's designed to create ticketing opportunities for the parking authority.

Pretty good app. Very easy to use. Must have for parking in center city. Love not getting out of the car to find a meter. I will suggest a slight tweak to the display. On my phone (android) it only displays time remaining. Would be great to also have the actual time the session will be over. I get that in the email notification instead. Please add that to app display.

Update 5/20/20: I have since been able to get the app to work once, and then COVID-19 happened and I haven't been back to the city for work. I can never get the app to work. I choose the zone but am not able to set duration and move forward. I have sent feedback 3x with no response. It is irritating since i am trying to get to meetings for work and I don't always have enough change. Would be convenient if it did what it was supposed to.

• Creating a new account just got simpler with Google Sign On! To access existing account details, continue signing in with your ParkMobile account email and password.
• We're happy to now offer GPay as a payment option where accepted. Start parking without needing to manually enter your card details. Save time and get to your destination faster!
