I contacted them at 5 in the morning to modify my train ticket: they sent me a new ticket. 6 hours later the new ticket was cancelled and back to the initial time as it was already sold out (despite the fact that at 5am seats were available at the time of my request). I couldn't book a flight as tickets were sold out. They contacted me again stating that I hadn't confirmed. Too bad I have proof, including my bank statement showing the additional fees for the ticket modification.

It's a scam. For once, insane markup. Just buy directly from the original company, it's cheaper. Also you don't "buy" the ticket directly. It's a reservation that you have to confirm again but they don't tell you that in the confirmation mail. Instead you get extra mails that go directly to your spam folder or the support will tell you in their second message. Additionally the AI bot is just straight up lying to you. Saying it *will* give me my ticket and yet here I'm standing with no ticket.

BEWARE THIS IS A SCAM APP!!!!! DO NOT BELIEVE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS!!!! I HAD TO CANCEL A TRAIN AND THEY WILL NOT ISSUE ME A REFUND AND ARE TELLING ME TO GO TO MY BANK!!! First they mentioned that it will take 7 to 14 business days and it has been over a month and are now telling me to go to the bank. Also the prices they charge for train tickets ARE DOUBLE what you would get if you bought from a local train app of the country you are in.
