seems like a great app from the outside, but leaves a lot to wish for, not all functions are working, like creating a 'retour' (return) label, it leads to a dead end. Also basic options, like confirming that you received a delivery when it still proclaims to be 'delayed' (for days), or letting them know that you never received it when the status is 'delivered'. Basically all the things you would want to use an app like this for, are not present or not working, lol..

Very frustrating experience. Just wanted to change delivery address. "To change, you need to make an account". I didn't want to make an account, but fine. Then, "sorry, you can only change in the app". I didn't want to download the app, but fine. Then, "sorry, you can't change from inside the app, we are validating your account" So, my simple request is still not filled and the package will be in the wrong place. Its like post NL tried to make this as customer unfriendly as possible.

For the most part it tells me when packages are going to arrive. Everything else is either broken or makes no sense. E.g.: the only way to send packages through a locker is to have your ID checked through iDIN; in order to do that, you need to have an account with a very short list of banks. There's no other option to verify your identity, which means that if you don't use one of those banks, you're effectively barred from using a number of services. Customer service is useless. Total insanity.
