This app isn't just bad, it is unusable. On each android phone I have tried, the issue is the same. I try to fill in my name and the keyboard sticks. "E" becomes "EEee", etc. To work around it I have tried copy+paste, and that works for 1 sec, and I am asked to fill in my name again. I have been using the old Ruter Bilett app for years now, because it at least work. Update: I was able to make it work by first creating an account on ruter.no before logging in in the app.

Hi, sorry to hear that the app is not working for you. Have you tried deleting the app and reinstalling it? Regardless, I will pass the problem on to our developers. Iver/Ruter AS

unbelievable that this app doesn't give you ANY active notifcation if the service isn't working. it just gives you a "service is canceled" ONLY if you specifically choose to check that specific journey in the app. if you take the metro regularly, you're in for a "nice" surprise. they tell you to plan "ahead". how are you supposed to do that when the app doesn't give you ANY notification about all metro service being cancelled? it was only because my friend told me that I found out.

Archaic app; can't just buy a ticket and save for later, you have to specify a time or use immediately. How stupid is that? In reality your transport should be upgraded to contactless payments, not this clumsy 1990s app.
