App needs so much improvement. Have been with ASB for a while and had to transfer to ANZ for mortgage reasons and the difference with their app capabilities and user friendliness is soooo far. Just to name a few: -You cannot set card transaction limits. -You do not know which card is associated with which account. -Instructions for app online needs updating as I find that they are constantly inconsistent. ANZ definitely needs tips from ASB.

Google apps are weird. Sign up with Google play to download, unsafe website. To set up app in the bank under personal secure email. Online app is highlighting credits and the money isn't even in my bank. Where's the $. When your on a government subsidized benefit you know hw much you get. So even there's credit or refunds showing but no difference to the pocket then I have a concern. Lucky my budgeter can do total money management. Stop this rubbish until I'm bk in employment.

The bank is extraordinary. The staff are kind, punctual, and knowledgeable. Their interest rates and investment options are competitive. Their website and mobile banking are intuitive and simple to use. I strongly recommend this bank to anyone searching for an excellent, trustworthy financial institution.
