Manage your everyday banking
• View account balances using Quick Balance
• Move money between your accounts (including Foreign Currency accounts)
• Set up and manage automatic payments
• Set up deposit and balance push notifications
• Apply for an additional everyday or savings account in minutes
• Send money to anyone with a NZ bank account using just their mobile number
• Send money overseas
• View account statements and documents in PDF format (up to 7 years’ worth).

Manage your ANZ Visa Debit, EFTPOS or personal credit card
• Set or change your card PIN
• Add or remove temporary blocks
• Report your card lost/stolen and order a replacement
• Apply for a new card
• Turn off your paper credit card statements and register for an email or text alert
• Decrease your personal credit card limit
• Set up eligible ANZ Visa Debit and personal credit cards for Google Pay.

Manage your home loan
• View your loan balance, repayment details, interest rate and more
• Request a home loan top up
• Start the application process for a new home loan
• View the estimated value of your property.

Manage your business
• View personal and business accounts as one list
• Make payments to your employees or IRD
• Create of approve transactions that need more than one authoriser.
Manage your KiwiSaver account
• View your KiwiSaver account details, including your PIR, transaction history and performance breakdown

• Make contributions to your KiwiSaver account.

Your money and personal details are protected because:
• ANZ goMoney is guarded by high-grade encryption and we ensure none of your personal or banking details are stored on your device.
• OnlineCode provides a second level of authentication for registration, adding a new device or resetting your PIN.
• ANZ goMoney locks you out if you repeatedly use the wrong security PIN or fingerprint and will time-out if the app is left running for too long with no activity.

Scammers love it when you rush, but not as much as the ANZ app! It doesn't log you out from inactivity. it logs you out from ACTIVITY and don't worry no MFA, no security.... just go faster, ANZ doesn't want you to check them numbers! First i was adding my council as a payee. Sure a little slow. Then I logged in and intentionally ran though the minimum 5 screens to start again, got the payee successful saved. Yay. Pressed pay, within 20s to enter only the amount the payment that timed out!

Kia ora Kev, Thanks for sharing this feedback that sounds really frustrating, especially while trying to make a payment. goMoney is designed to time out after 3 minutes of inactivity and includes multiple layers of fraud protection. adverts in app, support features lessoned. editing with the context requested. "ANZ Loop", this is in-app advertising. You don't even have a 2 way messaging portal in the app, I'm expected to go sit on hold again to be told to use bank mail so I need to sign in on the website instead. I just wanted the kiwisaver account that's showing on my ANZ removed as it's literally not mine, why can't I just message about that in the app and not have to waste so much time?

Edited 26/05/26: still missing a large number of features. As a new home owner I would love to be able to manage weekly payments like in BNZ and Westpac. It's not very consumer friendly having to call up or go into the branch to make these changes. This app could easily be great if it gives more power to the users. It feels like the barrier of needing to call up or go into the branch is stopping me from getting ahead on my mortgage payments.
