Disruption alerts and info - Want to be kept up to date when services change? We’ll let you know when your frequently used routes or stops are disrupted, based on your travel using registered AT HOP cards. Or you can subscribe to the specific routes you use, at the time of day you usually travel.

Train Line Status - Check how your train line is running before you head to the station, for any disruptions or delays.

Ratings and reviews

Its not perfect but it gives you bus options that have been bery timely. No trouble installling, using or removing the app. It remembered all my favorite routes. I used this as a tourist for two weeks daily all over Auckland and it worked great. I pay by using a credit card, I didn't have all these negative issues that bus card users have. If you can't make this app work it isnt the app, it's probaly you!

the bus timings are wrong many times due to which i faced a lot of issues. sometimes it shows a bus as scheduled but the bus doesn't come. sometimes it doesn't show the bus which is on the way. also during detour, the times and routes are not updated properly causing confusion and missing appointments and getting late to work.

The bus services work very well but they treat visitors badly and charge you up to four times the route price on your credit card. Some of the buses exit tag gives you a green confirmation but does not report on the app so they overcharge. The system is seriously missing some checks. Better to get other transport.

We're continuing to work hard on improving the AT Mobile app to make it easy for you to move around Auckland. We have made some improvements to improve the reliability of receiving notifications on the AT Mobile app.
