Find your best route - Use the Journey Planner to find out how to get to your destination, and save your regular trips. Maybe you want to get there by bike or on foot? Journey Planner will show you walking and cycling journey options too.

Real time departures - Save time by knowing when you need to be at your stop or station, and even track the live location of your service. Save your favourite stops and stations for quick access when you're out and about.

Shared scooters and bikes - Check live location of scooters or bikes near you and unlock in the provider app.

Manage your AT HOP balance - Don’t wait till you get home, check your balance on the go, find nearby top-up locations, and easily top-up.

Disruption alerts and info - Want to be kept up to date when services change? We’ll let you know when your frequently used routes or stops are disrupted, based on your travel using registered AT HOP cards. Or you can subscribe to the specific routes you use, at the time of day you usually travel.

Train Line Status - Check how your train line is running before you head to the station, for any disruptions or delays.

The app resets your input data (journey, search, or live departure) almost every time you return to it after switching apps, even when still in system memory. It would be much less cumbersome if the last screen persisted.

The AT app is a good app in my opinion, it tracks my bus every time and is very accurate when it come to tracking the buss, but my problem is the online top up process. I topped up $5 to my card online and it says "tag on the bus to activate after one hour". It's been 4 days now and I've been taking the bus throughout those 4 days, and it still shows the "+$5 the next time you tag on" label, and I'm not happy about that !! Fix it pleaseeee because my main transport to get to places is the bus !!

Mobile app does not allow the default card to be changed for display when I had to get a different hop card. I have to sign in on the website to view my current card details. Terrible mobileapp experience!

We've improved the AT Mobile app experience for new users to highlight key features of the AT Mobile app to help make your travel around Auckland easier.

We've also resolved an issue where the app may crash intermittently for Oppo phone users.
