The app shows offline again and again we need to reset the device again and again we work at some other place The camera is in another place once it goes offline it will take more than 6 hours to reconnect very bad experience kindly fix the problem

It goes offline every 15 days we need to do a physical reset to get online it is too much of a headache to do the every time I am leaving somewhere else my cam is somewhere. Please provide resolutions it's not be repeated again and again
