The Alliant Mobile Banking App makes it easy for you to manage your finances on the go, with only the tap of a finger. It’s quick, convenient and all-around smarter banking!


Use your existing Alliant Online Banking login to get started or, if you’re a first time user, create your login credentials right from the mobile banking app.

Requirements
Alliant Mobile Banking works with devices using Android 9.0+

Security
All transactional data is encrypted and no sensitive account information is stored on your mobile device.

Permissions
• Location permissions are needed to determine your location in order to find ATMs.
• Camera permissions are needed to deposit checks.

Disclosures
Deposit limits and other restrictions apply. Alliant’s Mobile Check Deposit Service is subject to eligibility. Some features are available for eligible members and accounts only. There is no charge from Alliant to use the mobile app, but message and data rates may apply.

Transactions performed at other ATMs may be subject to the ATM owner’s surcharge fee. Please see the online ATM Locator at www.alliantcreditunion.com or our mobile banking app for a list of ATMs that accept deposits or are fee free. Not all ATMs accept deposits.

All deposits are subject to the Alliant Credit Union’s Funds Availability Policy. Refer to Alliant’s Account Agreement and Disclosures for more information. Please retain your check for 90 days before destroying.

Checking account balance never loads. Worked fine for years until now. Thought they would fix it quickly but has been an ongoing issue for a few weeks now. Update: Still having this issue. Contacted support which has been a terrible experience. Takes a week or more to get a reply and they just loop through their script of telling me to reinstall the app which I told them I already did in my first message. Not sure what's going on at Alliant but I will be looking at other CUs/banks.

Alliant Card, unfortunately, is stuck in the 20th century with not having the means to add purchase alerts on their app and requires you to set up an account with Visa Purchase Alerts, which can be nearly impossible to setup. In addition, I can not even temporarily put a block on the card by the app and requires you to go thru the ritual and speak to customer service. At this rate may be the next century before Alliant has virtual cards.

EDIT: I love the credit union but the app is nigh unusable. It has gradually gotten slower and now I can't access my individual accounts to view transactions at all. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but it makes no difference. Simple to use and makes my banking less of a chore. In several years, I've only had trouble once and am still quite happy with this app.
