Frustrating... Definitely do not need more numbers to show similar transactions. More steps, but now only 4 digits to hack our account??? That doesn't even make sense. What took me 5 minutes to match my checkbook is now going to take half an hour. Smarter, not harder. Enough to think about changing banks after all these years...

Rarely able to log in without issues. 2 days now and I've been unable to transfer money, receive money, or even simply check my balances. I log in and it will refresh and then tell me to check for updates (there are none).

App and bank account used to be simple, effective, and really easy to navigate and see transactions. After the most recent technology update they did the app is now HORRENDOUS! Cannot stand using it anymore. you can barely tell what money is coming in and going out and to what company now. Please go back! Everyone I talk to hates the new layout.
