I was on airport and force update of app was there. now first I needed to update my app which took 15 min due to network issue then I got entry. What behaviour is this. you need to think again who is developing your app. which 3rd class company you have hired for this who don't know that these apps should not be forced to update too frequently. And after update it deleted my login credentials from the app. then I needed to wait for registration. and in end I have to be in normal queue.

1. The scanner and image upload doesn't work. 2. Further, in case of connecting flights and a single pdf is generated for both boarding passes, the system is not able to capture the same Hope these are fixed soon. the first one is so critical to be fixed without which the entire intention and the taxpayers money spent on this will go in vain

I and my twin brother are facing an issue while using the app. When one of us completes face authentication, it works, but when both try to register separately, face scan fails for one of us. It seems the system cannot differentiate between identical twins. Please improve the face recognition accuracy for such cases.
