1. The boarding pass scanner doesn't work. 2. The boarding pass image uploader doesn't work. 3. I had to install the Indigo app and share the boarding pass from there. 4. The app design and workflow can be improved by asking the user to enter the PNR and last name and using an API call to fetch the boarding pass. Of course, that will mean extra work for you guys. But you should do it, unless you're lazy and incompetent. Understand the amount of inconvenience this app is causing.

the new update is extremely bad. firstly, i was not able to log in as aftering entering mobile no. error occured . i had to reinstall to log in. then, after logging, it treated me as a fresh user. i have done 10+ trips with digi yatra uptill now. then, after all the hassel, i was finally able to add boarding pass then at airport they were not able to identify my face and ask me to reupload image. even after re uploading it, it kept on failing. wors experience. please roll bac the latest release.

The breeze of airport travel!! I have experienced Digiyatra in various time windows on multiple airports and the ease with which it helps get through till security is amazing. Be it traveling domestic or international. plus, the integration works smoothly, and moreover each digiyatra lane has helpers to guide if you need help App security is improving and I hope data privacy norms get better.
