The app gets hanged with the flying airplane even after uninstalling and reinstalling or restarting my android phone, it is very frustrating being a senior citizen. However, I have found out a workaround for this issue. One needs to just "Force Stop" DigiYatra app from Settings and it starts working again after starting the app again. Basically, this workaround needs to be run everytime before using the app. Then only it works as intended. It's a bug in the software which needs urgent fix.

After updating the app, it gets stuck on the loading screen with the flying airplane and never opens. It’s extremely frustrating. I’ve already tried uninstalling, reinstalling, and restarting my Android phone multiple times. Another issue: the app doesn’t detect when internet is turned on. I opened it offline, entered my phone number, and it said 'internet not available'. Even after turning internet on, it kept showing the same error. Basic functionality like this should work.
