I wish I had this app years ago. I've been using the NFP method for over 10 years, but used a basic period tracker to log everything. It's a bit of a learning curve to get to know our bodies throughout the cycle, but FEMM would've brought me up to speed much faster. I appreciate how FEMM takes the guesswork out of tracking your cycle. NFP works if done correctly, and I love that FEMM has helped make it a much less intimidating option for more women. Thank you!

This app was great for the last several months until today when I opened it and all of my data was GONE. Looking at reviews, I see I'm not the only one this has happened to. I was so irritated and about to delete it, but I decided to look through the app to see if there was a way to restore my data. I went to "Customize" selected "About App" and then "Refresh Data" and all my data is back! I hope this helps anyone else that runs into this problem.

I think this app is built more for TTC than general period health. There aren't preset options for flow color other than brown, and there aren't enough options for type of cervical fluid. It also doesn't seem particularly sophisticated since it will send you the "come back, we miss you" notification on the same day as you last updated your data.
