This app is definitely NOT what it claims to be. For the most part, it's more trouble than it's worth. Frequent crashes and restarts, not user friendly or convenient as a result. There are too many instances of locking up completely losing tickets, or automatically generating new tickets if the cell phone signal is lost. These random tickets can't be stopped by the user. The updates don't seem to repair BUGS in the system. Terrible idea for gas/oil field as it's far too unreliable. -1 STAR.

Easily the worst dispatch app I ever used, nobody likes it on any level. If you rely on it for your income, prepare to have none because of endless disputes.

Garbage app, use anything other than this, it is poorly designed with out of dates databases. most of the app is half assed.
