With the Kaiser Permanente app, you can easily:

• Access your digital membership card to check in for appointments, pick up prescriptions, and more
• Get personalized reminders and health information as soon as they’re available

To get started, download the app and sign in with your kp.org account. If you haven’t registered yet, you can also create your online account in the app.

Ratings and reviews

Generally speaking the app is fine. HOWEVER, The screen for test results is extremely slow and buggy. Also, when I installed the app, I did everything I could to not enable marketing cookies. And every time I opened the app, it repeatedly asked me to change my cookie preferences until I finally got frustrated and clicked except all. But when I went back to turn off the marketing cookies, The option is not available to turn off!! So in other words, I was forced into accepting marketing cookies.

Frequently doesn't show appointments until the day of, always has some kind of error message and to top it off the thing couldn't possibly run any slower! If you want to get something done you might as well get on the computer, but really only when their systems are up and working. Good healthcare, crummy/outdated technology

Worked great...until it didn't! Unable to log into the app for over a week now Get a "system error" message telling me to "try again later". After time on the phone with tech support without any success, my case was "escalated" and now I wait. Was told I may get a call if tech support needs my input, otherwise sit tight for 5 to 7 days....then try again. Needless to say pretty frustrating since Kaiser is pushing us to use their digital resources for almost everything.
