With the Kaiser Permanente app, you can easily:

Ratings and reviews

This used to be such a good app! But now, as an Android user, I can't see the messages from my providers in the app's inbox. The messages are minimized and you have only a slither of a screen to view the messages and you then have to slowly scroll to (attempt to) see them. So frustrating, as messaging is one of the central functions of the app. Please fix this!

Billing and payments for bills and premiums does not work and hasn't for almost a year. Resetting, restarting, reinstalling, feedback, and customer service does not fix the problem. Of note, the same app worked previously on the same phone. Besides the inconvenience, this is a serious problem since you can end up in collections or with terminated insurance coverage. I would think this would be a top priority for Kaiser since this is in regards to finances.

This app was working great. For over a month now, my husband and I have both had the same problem with it. It doesn't show you new messages, only a notification that there's a new one in your mailbox. The appointments section has said "error: reload or try again later" for weeks. We've tried uninstalling the app, tried logging in via different smart phones. No luck. What is going on with this thing? Wish they'd fix it because I did like the app before it had all these issues.
