Someone needs to fix the PHARMACY section of this app. It's impossible to tell if the doctor has submitted the written script necessary for a refill. There's no way to know if my RX is being processed or can be until I get to the actual pharmacy to pick it up. There was, for a short time, the ability to see a new RX #, so I knew it was on file. That ability is now gone. Please fix it!
I haven't even been able to get the app open for quite a while, even after several updates, because it says there is a system error. I rely on having this app's full potential for my chronically ill child. Will get more stars when problems are fixed. Even after the recent update I still can't get on. It says "Experiencing technical difficulties. Try again later." Everytime I try to get on.
Kaiser sucks balls big time, but the app is pretty good. Easy to see upcoming and past appointments, message my braindead doc, order meds...Wish Kaiser the fleshbags were this decent.
Haven't been able to log in for months. It asks me to confirm by email address, but the yes/no buttons aren't clickable! Clearly zero testing.
I'm so thankful for being able to use this app because it let's me know when and what I need to do as far as pick up meds,Dr visits, and lab results but for some reason my lab results haven't came in yet and it's been a week and a couple days I wish they would call and let me know the results...
This app frequently stops working despite regular updates. Currently it is stuck on the "update your email screen" and won't let either option be chosen. In the past bolded new emails yielded an error message when clicked on.
