About this app

SysTrack is a digital employee experience management solution for IT teams that gathers and analyzes data, enabling faster issue remediation and a better technology experience for end users. This app is SysTrack's collector for Android devices. Through it, SysTrack captures data on the performance and usage of the device and other resources so that IT teams can understand what is at the root cause of issues and how to go about fixing them.

SysTrack can capture the following device information:
- Hardware and software details
- Internal and external free space
- Network packet and byte rates
- Application package details
- Application focus time
- CPU usage
- Memory usage
- Battery usage
- WiFi connectivity

The app does not collect personal data such as text messages, emails, and web browsing history.

Note: This app is not a Mobile Device Management (MDM) or Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) solution. It is meant for capturing device-level data for monitoring and diagnosing issues relating to the mobile device.
