Scheduling appointments is simple and effortless. Our user-friendly interface offers you the flexibility to manage your service appointments with ease. Please note that ELC's Missed Appointment Policy requirements still apply.

Timely Appointment Reminders
Stay on track with your appointments effortlessly through our timely text (?) reminders.

Access to Telehealth Video Sessions
Connect easily and securely to authorized telehealth visits with direct access to your providers. Telehealth services must be approved by your provider. Not all ELC services are available by telehealth and standard ELC billing procedures apply. Contact your insurance carrier or ELC' billing department with questions.

Simple Document Management
Securely review, sign, upload, and manage forms online in just a few clicks.
