Sometimes this application is quite fast and other moments not really. We need certainty at 100% in this type of Apps.

Just like anyone else, I updated to the latest version and the app is not loading. It just show a blank window. Now I have to manually go the to atm to check my balance. *update: on s20 the app just keeps loading and cannot pass that screen. It only works at random times. Very unreliable. And yes, I did clear data, cache, and reinstalled several times. This is not happening in any other bank app I use.
