Ratings and reviews

I like the clean and simple design, which makes the browser very appealing. However, I am not using it due to two key limitations: 1. The search bar cannot be moved to the bottom of the screen, as offered in Opera. Having it at the bottom provides a much more comfortable typing experience. 2. There is no dark mode (dark reader) option to display the webpages (ideally a near-black background/near-white text). Dark mode would not only improve visual comfort but also help with battery efficiency.

It is so frustrating. I started to rejoice when I opened the app and saw that there is no icon to the left of the address bar but then... it sorted when I visited a page... and it is the thrash icon! This spot is notoriously close to where the "Back" button on many sites is, so it is prone to be hit accidentally. And it closes the site. Irreversibly. Didn't that come up in your UX tests? Or do you just not include people with low depth perception in those?

I don't recommend using this as your default or main browser, but those that used this browser or Firefox Focus in the past, sure have a reason for why. Just use it as a secondary browser for certain actions… Speaking of Focus, stay away from it, use this one! Btw, those hidden setting urls (like chrome://… etc.) work in Klar as well, just wanted to mention that…
