So easy to schedule appointments at times that are convenient. Easy to change or cancel appointments. You can view test results usually in just a few hours. Keeps you from making phone calls and being put on hold to request refills, ask a question or getting a message to your doctor. This app saves me a lot of time. That is why I like so well. app has slow responsive. freezes often while logging in.

This app was working fine one day and the next day, it just stops letting me log in. It says something went wrong, please try again. Ive done this mulitple times, checked my user name and password, cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing works. Ever since the 2 step verification process was implemented, I am unable to log in to the app. I turned off the 2 step process from my web browser and still cannot log in on the app.

We have enhanced security. Biometrics will now properly disable following a password update.
