I think the app is broken. It will not let me login. After a password change, where I get the notifications that I have made a password, it still says that I have used the wrong password. If I go through a web portal I can login. But as far the app goes, nothing. It has been like this for a few months.

i love being able to communicate with my doctor by text, and that all my records are in one place. getting test results is quicker with the app.... i can read them before the doctor even calls me.

So easy to schedule appointments at times that are convenient. Easy to change or cancel appointments. You can view test results usually in just a few hours. Keeps you from making phone calls and being put on hold to request refills, ask a question or getting a message to your doctor. This app saves me a lot of time. That is why I like so well. What’s new

We have enhanced security. Biometrics will now properly disable following a password update.

After updating your password, re-enable it in the profile [top right corner of the home page] —> Login/Password page.
