Works about half the time. Many times I'll tap a meal that I've ordered on the app before and "PRODUCT NOT FOUND" will pop up. Swapping between menus is about as slow as Christmas, and sometimes just won't load. The loading screen will stay up and never go away. Have to restart the app when this happens. But the real downside to this app is the fact that you never get offers and there's no rewards program. Every fast food app has both of these things, but this one does not.

I love their food and this app has a pretty good layout and seems easy to use. But damn if it isn't the slowest and glitchiest app I've used in years. Definitely not worth the frustration. Every time I try to pull up a menu item I get a pop up that says "undefined" and a "dismiss" button. Try to edit an item in my cart and it works/spins for 30 seconds only to show a pop up that the "product not found." I've cleared cache, storage and re-downloaded with no change in behavior.

The most useless app ever. The purpose of having a mobile app is to order ahead, grab it in the drive thru, and leave. Nope, not with this one. You order on the app and pay on the app, you go to the drivethru, get told to go in. Ok, they must have a special place for mobile orders, right? Nope. You go stand in line, wait to talk to the cashier, then get put in the same queue as if you never used the app. Completely pointless and useless.
