great experience, really explains a lot of different possibilities. only ever directed me to a website when searching through Q/A. educational features, credit age credit setting features. the only thing I couldn't find was an old loan I wanted to review. things to approve: a check before you click so you don't accidentally run a hard enquiry when you're just poking around.

10/8 - THERE IT IS! Android System Webview was the culprit. I've since updated it and can see the app/transfer funds again! If you're having the white screen issue (or can't transfer between accounts), make sure to check Google Playstore for "Android System Webview" and get it updated! App is working perfectly now, and my review has been updated. Thank you Dev team for helping figure this out.

This app is terrible! Once you did the up grade you made my phone obsolete, so I can no longer do online banking; mobile deposits or anything that I need to do!! The app will no longer even open! This is beyond frustrating! I shouldn't have to upgrade my perfectly good 1T phone, which will work for many more years, just because you want to upgrade your system and no longer support older operating systems! This is terrible customer service!
