Can't log into my account using the app. "Missing params for login body" prevents me from checking my Key account; forced to use mobile browser. Bus routes are not as intuitive to find as it used to, stops are ordered by alphabetical instead of the actual route path, and are inconsistently programmed to show some overlap with other routes at a certain stop. Schedules are not always up to date nor live with actual service status. Frustrating to use.

the tracking part of app for buses does not work. it makes it seem like it's tracking the bus like Uber or Lyft apps, so it fools you into thinking the bus will be there. when buses get delayed or rerouted, that doesnt show up on the app. I'd rather it didn't falsely portray that it is accurately reflecting vehicle location. Then, if I'm running late for work & don't see the bus, I'll go to an alternate mode instead, I wait there it says the bus has come & gone & the next one isn't for 20 mins

Completely pointless for live tracking of buses. Pretends buses have left when they haven't, changes the times of past stops after they happened, then later pretends that every stop was met on schedule. As a result I often have no idea if my bus even existed. They don't even include the real time map anymore (which this app is often out of sync with - how is SEPTA running two databases of contradictory tracking data??). Makes me question if there is a single truth.
