I've used this app for well over 20 taxi bookings in the Changhua and Taichung areas (over a 2+ year period, now). The app is great, with very minimal awkward English - super useful for us expats who haven't mastered reading Chinese yet. Even better for those people who can only do cash transactions, since you can use the app without giving it credit card info. I've even used the app to order a taxi for a friend before. I've never had any problems with any of the drivers, either.

If you could pay via Google Pay, this could compete with Uber. But the app sends me to finish payment on Google Pay, appears to charge me and then crashes. It doesn't give me a chance to pay again. Good thing I had cash! Mobile payments should be simple in 2022! This is not!

Best driver quality of all apps. Drivers also get to keep all their revenue. Probably fewer drivers than other apps in Taipei, but surprisingly more useable outside the metro area.
