Hourly services are characterized by high flexibility in controlling contracts, from rescheduling, postponing and preponing full contract visits, in addition to gifting visits and changing the address, package, or period of the contracts.
- Muqeema (Stay-in Services): Housemaid & Personal Assistant & Private Chauffer
Muqeema’s contracting starts from one month to 24 months with a guarantee of continuity of service and training of our service providers, where we accept full payment or easy payment through Dynamic Packages for long monthly contracts (12 months and 24 months)
- Munasabat (Hourly Hostesses)
The journey of contracting with Raha does not take more than 60 Seconds and the payment methods are many, including (SADAD, ApplePay, credit cards, e-wallet, loyalty points), and by downloading our application you will be able to exclusively review our offers throughout the year.

Ratings and reviews

The app changed for the worse; there's no way to know the service provider's name in all the app and to renew the contract you musy wait until the old contract is almost finished. You should have kept it as it was,it was simpler and better.

Worst service ever, they change the dates without informing, and their customer service is a joke, they don't have a phone number so you have to use the app chat, and they use a bot with no human interaction, and when a human interferes after long time, they answer with few words and disappear again. It's really the worst company, app and customer service.

new version sucks, you cant see who is coming and the customer service doesnt know either. the app experience is tereible.
