Hourly services are characterized by high flexibility in controlling contracts, from rescheduling, postponing and preponing full contract visits, in addition to gifting visits and changing the address, package, or period of the contracts.
- Muqeema (Stay-in Services): Housemaid & Personal Assistant & Private Chauffer
Muqeema’s contracting starts from one month to 24 months with a guarantee of continuity of service and training of our service providers, where we accept full payment or easy payment through Dynamic Packages for long monthly contracts (12 months and 24 months)
- Munasabat (Hourly Hostesses)
The journey of contracting with Raha does not take more than 60 Seconds and the payment methods are many, including (SADAD, ApplePay, credit cards, e-wallet, loyalty points), and by downloading our application you will be able to exclusively review our offers throughout the year.

Ratings and reviews

can't reach contact info, can't submit a complaint, customer service via chat leads to no solutions they tell you to reach us via the app then you have no actualy way of reaching them. No one responds to suggestion/questions via e-mail either.

Can't use the app, it keeps failing when trying to add an address, gives a continuous error of Adding address failed and this has been the case for past 2 days

Very bad app, first i added my wrong national ID, i couldn't fix it and when contacting the customer care on the app he told me i cannot help you.. Just log out and register again as new customer using the same mobile number, there was no new registration just sign in with my mobile number!!!! How can customer care dont know such basic things.. Secondly i cannot delete my account to make a new one, it says error, third, i couldn't add the address. The problem is they only use the app no web
