Hourly services are characterized by high flexibility in controlling contracts, from rescheduling, postponing and preponing full contract visits, in addition to gifting visits and changing the address, package, or period of the contracts.
- Muqeema (Stay-in Services): Housemaid & Personal Assistant & Private Chauffer
Muqeema’s contracting starts from one month to 24 months with a guarantee of continuity of service and training of our service providers, where we accept full payment or easy payment through Dynamic Packages for long monthly contracts (12 months and 24 months)
- Munasabat (Hourly Hostesses)

Very bad app, first i added my wrong national ID, i couldn't fix it and when contacting the customer care on the app he told me i cannot help you.. Just log out and register again as new customer using the same mobile number, there was no new registration just sign in with my mobile number!!!! How can customer care dont know such basic things.. Secondly i cannot delete my account to make a new one, it says error, third, i couldn't add the address. The problem is they only use the app no web

Bad policy and bad costumer service. The app asks you to rate the worker followed by a question to fix her for the following visits, after you confirm and she gets fixed for many visits suddenly they change her and the costumer service says it must be done after every visit. What's the point?? The costumer service is very bad, chat agents as well. Unsupportive and unfriendly. This is my last contract with this company.

Very bad service. They will charge you the money and not deliver the service. Then they don't respond to your complaint for months and never refund. Try other companies
