Ratings and reviews

I find this loan/credit app very frustrating. I have a history of successfully purchasing mobile load through this app credit card details using the same number, but now every transaction is being declined due to a "potential risk" warning. I've tried multiple times and still get the same result. Because of this, I don't feel I can rely on this app during emergencies when I need to purchase load quickly.

This app is convenient and useful when it comes to making payments. However, the way they handle payment reminders is very disappointing. They tend to contact and disturb people who are not directly connected to my account, which feels intrusive and unprofessional. It also seems like they become overly aggressive when a payment is not made immediately on the due date. In addition, their customer service needs significant improvement. Not recommendable.

A friend just invited me to install. I used the app a few times already it was good but there are other points where they say its 0% interest but its not if you really look in to it, specially when you get the bill. once you use it, you will see there's no interest for payment. But after a few days or prolly a cutoff per sè then they will add it. The card looks nice though.
