I got approved but didn't use it and decided to close the account because someone close to me had an awful experience with this credit card. They make it impossible to get your refund when you cancel a transaction and discourage you to even go after it because they threaten you with their insane charges and processing fees which could get even more than your refund amount! I have used other cards and never had trouble with processing refunds. It's normal to cancel sometimes! DON'T USE THIS APP!

I tried this app but the interest fee is too high. I intentionally did not pay my bill on time to see how their systems work. However, it is overly biassed in their favour. There's no option or calculation on how much interest fee you will get for a period of time. Also no option whether how many months will you pay them. They automatically compute my bill straight for 6 months. How absurd. I would rather use ShopeePay or SPayLater. Even TALA is better than this app.

I have submitted my query regarding the change of billing on my account. I'll admit that as a user I should've checked the option to pay the current bill, 3 months to pay, and 6 months to pay. I didn't pay attention on the biiling and my concern here is at least give us another chance to change the billing option since not all users don't want the installment option, because if not, then this whole atome card is fraud!!
