My go-to charge card for the longest time! Been using it consistently even the installment payment plan. Referred it to my family and friends, too. They had a problem with AUB/Instapay recently not posting realtime payments. I was one of the affected accounts. Paid on time, but posting took 3 days, sent them emails and coordinated with their collection agents. I was promised a reversal of late fee once payment was posted, well they did not reverse the charge & they even decreased my credit limit
