I have been using this lending platform for 2yrs. They changed their credit system lately. They will ask you to re-apply for credit limit even if you paid on time or in advance ( not reach to the last payment sched yet lol). So, it took me already a week just to wait and got denied. This OLA is no longer reliable in times of need;what more if you buy an item that they let you borrow and take it back in exchange of higher credit lmt and huge interest. Simply, they have become unfair/advantageous

After signing up and activating the app, I noticed that it automatically generated an email address without my permission. Additionally, the customer support service has not been helpful in resolving this issue. The conversation with the support representative was abruptly ended with a generic thank you, without addressing or resolving my concern. Still i cannot log in after completing all the said req. Waste of time. Thank you

If I can rate it zero to negative I will. Billease is a no help app. I always pay may e-wallet top up as early as possible. However instead of having my credit limiy to go up, the interest rates goes up everytime I renew mg e-wallet top up installment. I don't know if this app is a scam just to collect interest money from the borrower. I'm very disappointed. I will delete this app soon and will never use it. It's a non sense app. I already send my concern via chat and no answer was given.
