DOES NOT WORK. Wasted my time trying to figure out if the problem was my account or my internet. Turns out it's the app that's the problem. First, I couldn't register one of my savings account (the account number is not linked to my account). It's literally in my online banking account! So wth. I tried re-installing the app, and guess what the error is now? "Incorrect username/password", I literally logged in 15mins ago! I can't. Y'all need to do better. Just stick with your online banking.

No matter what I do I can't seem to log in. When I try to go via need help logging in, it keeps saying my username and last 4 digits of account number do not match! This is GARBAGE. Instead of just updating the old app you just keep making new/different apps that all don't work as they should. For one of the biggest banks in the country, you can't even seem to afford an IT team that can provide a decent app experience. What a waste of time.

Opened new accnt and need to get this app and was surprised with 2.0 ratings? Now I know why. I can't set up login info telling that the account number that i provided is already registered when it's new. I want to fund my account and see it will go through. Tried again and got the same error. 2 mins later, I got 2 confirmation of successful registration for 2 different usernames I did with 2 different ref#. I tried logging in, and it says my account is locked, and I need to call the bank. Ugh!
