1 star as I'm having problem with activating my wallet which I cannot activate. Instead of fixing the error. They told me to reach out to EON making it more complicated. Instead of them fixing the error. edit. not yet solved, too much of a hassle going back and forth on emails with two entities to activate a wallet. Now I'm thinking that I will never get my money from the app because of this hassle.

I availed insurance both on the app and GCASh.It was doing well and was very accommodating and my singlife card was delivered for free. But almost 3 months ago I lost my smartphone with my number.I tried opening the app with another phone but it will ask you for an OTP sent to your number. It's kind of inconvenient that they don't have any other options to retrieve your account. I messaged their helpline right away but until now my issues are unresolved.

worst app. The CS is not responsive. When you chat, they want you to email. When you email, they want you to chat. They will answer your queries and concern after a few days and no resolution. Beware of this app, once you cash in, you can never cash out your money and they will sign up for a plan without your knowledge and charge your account even without authorization. Until now, no refund was processed to me to an authorized transaction. Not worth the hassle. Use other insurance company.
