Ratings and reviews

You really need to work on your app. Such a waste of time. Your OTP does not work, it always says "something wrong". Your app always says there's no internet, but obviously i'm connected to one. I used Android and IOS and they are both garbage. I wasted 2 hours just to create an account, and I was not even able to finish it. I hit the 10 OTPs per day cap, without being able to access my account. God knows if I will be able to open it TOMORROW.

I think I need to stop.... why? since last year until now, app so hard to open, it takes a lot of time........ i did uninstall/ install again, update, re-starting my device..... napapa-isip ako, singlife is real? I don't need to continue what I have done.... contacting them thru email, regarding app issue. they will only say ( 3 working days )

App is problematic, after scanning my ID, I can't input my birthday, so I can't proceed with the registration. worst is, even after reinstalling the app or deleting the cache and data, other details are still there in the registration process. I availed at GCash their insurance, but this app doesn't help.
