Ratings and reviews

I cannot refund or transfer my money to my chosen account. I already messaged the help assistance to fix the error. I feel like I'm cheated on this since I grabbed their voucher offers. Will wait 2-3 days to assure the withdrawal process will be smooth and error free.

Currently, the app is blocking me from withdrawing my own money unless I purchase an insurance policy. This is completely unacceptable. Singlife never communicated that my account would become "inactive" or that my funds would be locked if I did not hold an active policy. I do not owe Singlife any money, nor do I have an active contract. Forcing a customer to buy a product to access their own deposited cash is an unfair business practice.

Improve the User interface, because I am having a hard time pressing the click buttons, so close to the home button of android mobile
