Ratings and reviews

Untailored Mobile Application. I'm been trying to linked my card, so that I can purchase of one the product/policy you showcase direct from the app, but it's not working. Every time and I hit the proceed button "an error occurred" pooping-up.

Currently, the app is blocking me from withdrawing my own money unless I purchase an insurance policy. This is completely unacceptable. Singlife never communicated that my account would become "inactive" or that my funds would be locked if I did not hold an active policy. I do not owe Singlife any money, nor do I have an active contract. Forcing a customer to buy a product to access their own deposited cash is an unfair business practice.

Income Multiplier is not well updated. It seems the rate applied was since last July 22, 2026. Can you update that? This is my edit of complaint.
