I had a terrible experience with their chat support. My order was stuck on "preparing order" for over two hours, and despite multiple agents assuring me that someone would call, no one ever did. I ultimately had to cancel the order. Since then, I’ve been following up about the refund—they claimed it’s been processed, but I still haven’t received it.

Mcdelivery keeps stopping, that's the error message, then the app crashes. Please fix your app. I installed again. 2025 na, wala pa din improvement app nyo. Last review ko was 2020 pa. After logging in and selecting location, it got stuck in selecting a store. And this happens when I'm logged in lang. But if you order as a guest, it's working. YoU should fix your app before releasing it to the public.

The worst! Used it for delivery, waited for more than an hour that we actually had to go to the branch because no one was contacting us, only to find out that our order wasn't even received by the store. In-app chat is super wonky. Fix your issues, man, people are hungry!
