I am beyond frustrated with this app's deceptive practices. They constantly bombard my inbox with emails claiming I have "available credit" to take advantage of, but the system is programmed to make it impossible to use. Every time I try to avail of the credit, I’m rejected because their system sets the "next payment" higher than the actual credit remaining. It is mathematically impossible to use what they are offering. It’s an insulting waste of time.

full of misinformation, useless help desk, only responds through "no-reply" emails, has "live chat" option but doesn't let you type your concern and will only receive automated responses, will keep receiving notifs that "you have some credit left" but won't let you use it. says you can only loan a "specific amount" but will receive an error like "transaction cancelled" and "too many attempts" won't be surprised that the response to this review is auto generated as well like what the others got

I've encountered an error message when I tried to apply for a loan. It said " Your account is not eligible to process payment." And their customer support is terrible. You can't talk to anyone during business hours and the only way to reach them is via email with a 50/50 chance of someone responding within the next 48 hrs ( it's been over 48 hrs, I've sent 3 emails but there are still no response.) All this after getting a message saying I was approved. ffs.
