Ratings and reviews

After the update the available credit shows 0. I received an email saying that you received the payment but still not showing on the app. I contacted you last July 17, you only replied that I need to wait for 7-10 days after payment it's more than 10 days and still not showing on the app. Hope you can fix it and I sent you an email showing the screenshot of my account and still didn't receive a reply.

After your update, the credits remaining on my account were wiped out as if someone used my remaining credit balance. No one is answering properly why it happened. The credit limit is not showing anymore but the credit balance is still showing but with an incorrect amount. Additionally, when a payment has been posted it seems that the calculation is incorrect. The amount added on the credit balance is too low compared to the fee being paid for the actual loan! FIX THIS!

payment too high, not helping in times of needs.. too much controlled in credit limit and can't even use! good for NOTHING!!!! Not helpful, your telling that the credit limit I have, didn't reduce.. but we are paying for nothing back, even last pay off I didn't receive any still ₱2.85 nothing change but my credit limit is 35k, and available credit limit to is more than 22k , but you change it, you hide it!! this is better to report! we don't like it anymore!!!
