Ratings and reviews

I've encountered an error message when I tried to apply for a loan. It said " Your account is not eligible to process payment." And their customer support is terrible. You can't talk to anyone during business hours and the only way to reach them is via email with a 50/50 chance of someone responding within the next 48 hrs ( it's been over 48 hrs, I've sent 3 emails but there are still no response.) All this after getting a message saying I was approved. ffs.

My application was confirmed and I have waited 3 long days as I thought the processing time is only 1-2 hours as what you stated upon creating the application. I never had this issue before, it has a big impact and inconvenience to me as I've used it for almost 2 years. You already scheduled a payment to my payroll and I haven't used the funds yet. I WILL NOT PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED PLUS THE INTEREST!!!!

Tendo needs a little bit of tweaks. When paying in advance, It doesn't let you max up to the remaining amount left on your loan. instead, it lets you put the amount manually and compute the remaining amount based on your payment schedule MANUALLY! Accidentally, I've paid ₱506 extra (that was deducted by my payroll for Tendo) at the same day I paid my whole balance in full because of this inconvenient feature.
