Ratings and reviews

I’ve been waiting for my application verification for over three weeks now, and there’s still no update. The app doesn’t even provide an estimated timeframe, which makes the process feel endless and uncertain. On top of that, the app suggests reaching out through live chat for help, but when I did, there was no real assistance, just vague responses without any resolution. It’s extremely disappointing to be left in limbo without clear communication or support.

Worst! You’re making advance payments through salary deduction, but suddenly I’m not eligible—especially when I really need the funds. My limit even increased, yet I still can’t use it. Before, it was so easy to reloan, but now it’s really difficult. I’ll only give this a 5-star rating if you bring back how it worked before!

I applied for a loan through your application last month, and until now, there has been no definite decision on my application. I have been waiting for more than a month, and the status remains unclear.I have already sent several emails to your help desk, but I keep receiving the same generic response with no concrete update or timeline. This lack of transparency and delay is very frustrating. At this point, it would be better to receive a clear rejection than to be left waiting.
