payment too high, not helping in times of needs.. too much controlled in credit limit and can't even use! good for NOTHING!!!! Not helpful, your telling that the credit limit I have, didn't reduce.. but we are paying for nothing back, even last pay off I didn't receive any still ₱2.85 nothing change but my credit limit is 35k, and available credit limit to is more than 22k , but you change it, you hide it!! this is better to report! we don't like it anymore!!!

I was happy at first using the app since I always have fast transaction that it send the amount within the minute. However last month, something change, supposedly I still have 30k remaining credits now it's only 3k. Not only that, you let us have the option how many months we can install the payment but right now it's automatically 24 months! Also your customer support sucks! They always call to remind I still have remaining credit even using they personal number to do it.

I got approved for a credit after a couple of weeks of waiting. Now that I am processing cash out for a loan product, the OTP that's supposed to be sent to me via SMS within just seconds to a couple of minutes isn't delivering at all! Up until now, I'm still waiting for it to be sent to me, all for nothing! I have a credit stuck in the app! The other platforms are working just fine and are able to send OTP to my phone. This experience is really not so good for me to give this service a 5 star!
