I was asked to update my info b4 I can access my acct. After providing the necessary update required, an Error Prompt "Invalid Format" appeared. (Invalid Format What??? - It doesn't say) So, I uninstalled the app after several attempts resulting in the same invalid format prompt. Upon, re-installing, I was asked for my Mobile Number and Password which doesn't match (???) even if I inputted what was exactly written on my list/notes. So, I'm left with no choice but to opt for the "Forgot Password

I downloaded this app because I want to experience the features and perks. I transferred funds on this but when I am about to transfer that funds to other e-wallet or bank, that cannot be processed. I also got an error message that says You reached the daily limit wherein no transactions made yet in any single centavo. This app sucks! I need my money! This is getting frustrating day by day.

I opened an account and submitted all requirements last May 18, 2026 but verification is taking too long. They said verification is about 24 hrs. But I'm still not verified. I submitted a ticket twice but no action from them. I think they need to change their verification time from 24 hrs to maybe 24 days I guess.
