I was asked to update my info b4 I can access my acct. After providing the necessary update required, an Error Prompt "Invalid Format" appeared. (Invalid Format What??? - It doesn't say) So, I uninstalled the app after several attempts resulting in the same invalid format prompt. Upon, re-installing, I was asked for my Mobile Number and Password which doesn't match (???) even if I inputted what was exactly written on my list/notes. So, I'm left with no choice but to opt for the "Forgot Password

I have had problem encountered during transferring my available balance to other bank account and even paying bills was not possible. The issue is automatic OTP sent but got invalid after clicking continue. I cleaned the app cache and tried again. This time no automatic OTP only Manual. I have successfully transferred my amount.

I can't proceed my documents specialty on I'ds that they were looking for, this app was useless right now, in term of loan deduction and transaction before, they sead that it will make more easily to apply, but they make it worst this time when they can fixed it. caused a lot of us chosen it either they have a lot of deduction but the service that they made before is lot easier to have.šš pls make a fast improvement and and movement of it under satisfied
