I was asked to update my info b4 I can access my acct. After providing the necessary update required, an Error Prompt "Invalid Format" appeared. (Invalid Format What??? - It doesn't say) So, I uninstalled the app after several attempts resulting in the same invalid format prompt. Upon, re-installing, I was asked for my Mobile Number and Password which doesn't match (???) even if I inputted what was exactly written on my list/notes. So, I'm left with no choice but to opt for the "Forgot Password

worst digital bank ever. I have already submitted all the information needed for the verification but still no response from them and I am still note even verified. It is almost a year since I tried to verified this account. Also the app will just crash once you tried to submit a ticket. Not good

It is very difficult to open an account. I have already submitted my ID several times, but they keep asking me to resubmit it because they say the picture of my ID is not clear. However, the ID I sent is clear. I have been waiting for several days, but it is still the same they keep asking me to resubmit my ID even though it is already clear.
