I was asked to update my info b4 I can access my acct. After providing the necessary update required, an Error Prompt "Invalid Format" appeared. (Invalid Format What??? - It doesn't say) So, I uninstalled the app after several attempts resulting in the same invalid format prompt. Upon, re-installing, I was asked for my Mobile Number and Password which doesn't match (???) even if I inputted what was exactly written on my list/notes. So, I'm left with no choice but to opt for the "Forgot Password

Zero fee for bank tranafers is legit. been using it for months now. My account was hold due to many transactions ive been doing, which somehow did not coincide with my initial details from application. But fortunately, customer support was accomodating and my account got back to normal. There are some issues like some qr codes are not accepted. App is crashing from time to time. Crashes 2-3 times before I can log in again. Over all, my experience for this is great.

Horrible experience. I tried to retrieve my account, but it failed, and when I contacted them via phone there's no representative available. On the email, they teach you to become dumb at all! Like hello! before I message you guys through your not so reliable email team, you need to have a good comprehension. I already explained my frustration, and there's nothing to do but to uninstall and reinstall to clear the cache of the app. This is so frustrating on my part.
