I've met good drivers through this app, but there are flaws. There have been way too many times where I've scheduled a ride thirty minutes in advance to get to my location on time without rush, but then the wait times for rides were abysmal. Like typically 40-60 minutes. Which is insane! Not to mention that some drivers will not follow the route, go off course, and the wait time would increase. Therefore making me wait longer and possibly late. The app is good sometimes. However it is annoying.

The app works perfectly. This is such a handy service by Capital Metro. It only serves certain areas of Austin, but it definitely complements the bus system nicely. While the app is great and the best way to use the service, they have a phone option if you don't have the ability to get on a data network.

Unable to recover my account without a phone number. I've been using this app for years until I had to change my personal phone number. Problems getting customer support. I've emailed asking for assistance with this and haven't received any help. Disappointed and Annoyed.
