I've met good drivers through this app, but there are flaws. There have been way too many times where I've scheduled a ride thirty minutes in advance to get to my location on time without rush, but then the wait times for rides were abysmal. Like typically 40-60 minutes. Which is insane! Not to mention that some drivers will not follow the route, go off course, and the wait time would increase. Therefore making me wait longer and possibly late. The app is good sometimes. However it is annoying.

The drivers either take a longer route making the passenger late or miss their turn and then there will be times where it shows the driver stops moving for 20-30 minutes at a time, I get maybe they go on their lunch break but the app needs to assign a different driver when that happens I find it inconvenient for me to have to wait extra minutes when I could get picked up by a different driver. This bus service needs a lot of improvement.

Easy on the budget if you're poor, but do not trust their vehicles to be anywhere close to the quoted time. They don't actually take their drivers out of rotation for breaks, so you may often find yourself sitting there waiting wondering when the van is going to actually move as you see the ride has been delayed by ten minutes or more.
