The app isn't great and doesn't cover all the steps online. It looks like it was made by someone with basic training. There's no online payment option, and you can't review, edit, or cancel your application. You have to physically go to the PKM office for payment and document collection. That's a problem if you're overseas. It's kind of pointless since you could just send someone to the office to handle everything, including submitting the application.

How to Recover the password ? I forgot my password and tried to recover it but could not. By pressing the forgot password option a window appears to enter the phone number and recover the password but no OTP is recieved on the given number. If anyone can guide, I shall be grateful.

Not so happy with features, Stolen or recovered record doesn't show anything. Needs some upgrade.
