I sent money to my sister to pay rent but she couldn't receive money, I lost it and kept calling they don't do anything now their phone number is not going through, I have been with this company for more than 5 years but they don't know how to take care of customers. I'm so disappointed with this company. And I'm moving. They changed to their app saying that my sister received money but she didn't receive anything.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of customer service and communication provided. I transferred funds more than 12 hours ago, and the recipient has still not received the money.

This app is disgusted, game players, they hold the money for no reason, asking to submit documents one after another, here you send money not applying for a job or to rent a property, they need all your pay slip for what?. unprofessional and poor customer service, they hold you for 20 minutes and then disconnect you, alot to say more, the worst ever app that I have used. and then deducted fee on return transaction.
