supper app easy to use and losts of features

worst experience ever..I have 20+ time for digital identity..but every time it say move face up move right ,move left, move down..20 times this same happened..and still didn't identity complete...

I've used the app to pay my traffic fines, for the registration renewal. Unfortunately the amount was detected from my account, but the fines are still there, they didn't disappear from the fines list. Thus, I wasn't able to proceed with the renewal
