Ratings and reviews

Registered, completed verification, bought a 2-day package, then only when booking a car I was told I need a Residence Card. This was never mentioned before payment. No refund option. Support ignored my email for 5 days and website form for 3 days. The hotline is just a bot telling you to email them. The package expires in 7 days. No money, no car, no service, no response. Great job making it impossible to contact a real person.

Customer service doesn't exist. I rented a car but the car was really dirty so can't replace or canceled. Also impossible to contact with customer service. Second day got double charged and the same story no option to reach out. Overall cars are really in bad shapes and shady policies to take your money.

I've tried to upload my Romanian driving license and personal number but unfortunately was unsuccessful. Why? Because they request a polish personal number which is 11 digits while the Romanian one is 13 digits, moreover, there is a difference in the number of digits that Romanian and polish driving license ID.
