Their latest update is an absolute nightmare, it changed my phone number by itself then the re-registration process is full of bugs and their holiness is there to tell you to ... send an email. Then the registration process suddenly was not necessary, but then the car booked was simply not there. We had to take another one 15mn away that smell of cigarettes. Then the price was way too high.

Registered, completed verification, bought a 2-day package, then only when booking a car I was told I need a Residence Card. This was never mentioned before payment. No refund option. Support ignored my email for 5 days and website form for 3 days. The hotline is just a bot telling you to email them. The package expires in 7 days. No money, no car, no service, no response. Great job making it impossible to contact a real person.

I registered, email to confirm didn't come. Then I re-registered, this time it said the account is already created. But it didn't login because there were some errors. It left me in a loop, cant register because email doesn't come, can't login because not registered, no email. What to do? No number or contact to reach in the app.
