You can send your parcel conveniently in InPost Mobile - without printing the label, 24/7 and via any Parcel Locker. All you need to do is to open the lockbox remotely with one click, scan the QR code or enter the posting code on the screen of the Paczkomat device and it's ready!
👉 You open the locker remotely
One of the main functions of the application is the remote opening of lockers, which allows you to collect and send parcels without having to use the Paczkomat device screen. Click on the "Open the locker remotely" button and your locker will open by itself!
👉 You are extending the pickup time
Each application user can conveniently extend the time of collection of the parcel by the Parcel Locker by 24 hours. The service of extending the collection time is very intuitive - 12 hours before the deadline for collecting the parcel, the "Extend" button will appear in the app. Click on it, pay and ... ready!
👉 You return packages quickly and conveniently
Tiring returns of online purchases? Not with us! Each InPost Mobile user can conveniently return the parcel to partner stores! You do not need to print the label, just fill in the return details and send the shipment via any Paczkomat.
👉 You can redirect the courier parcel easily
You will not be home and you are expecting an InPost courier? Now you can conveniently redirect a courier parcel in the app. Choose the option that is most convenient for you! Paczkomat, PaczkoPunkt or redirection to a neighbor. All you have to do is click "Redirect" on the selected shipment and then select your new preferred delivery option.
👉 You are placing the shipment in the Eased Access Area
The Facilitated Access Zone is a solution that enables the delivery of parcels to the lower lockers in the Paczkomaty device. The functionality is aimed at short people and people with disabilities. If you want the package to be placed in the Zone, in the shipment details next to the question "Do you want to place the package in the Eased Access Zone?" select the "Activate" button.

Shipments, including courier ones, which have been ordered using the phone number assigned to the application in the last 30 days, will be visible in the app immediately after logging in.
👉 You collect parcels as part of Multiskrytki
Multiskrytka is an option that allows you to receive multiple parcels from one box of the Paczkomat device. Packages that are in Multiskrytka are collected in one message and highlighted in blue in the application.
👉 You always have Paczkomaty close to you
You can easily find any Paczkomaty and PaczkoPunkt in the application. All you need to do is click on the map, and with the location turned on, the application will show you the nearest InPost points.
👉 You pick up parcels on the way
Thanks to the geofencing-based notification function, we will remind you when the parcel is picked up when the Parcel Locker is nearby. Turn on notifications for InPost Mobile on your smartphone, set the radar range in the application settings and it's ready!
