Excellent app, very simple and does exactly what you'd expect. Only niggle I have is the reminder notifications give up after a few days and just stop running. Would be nice if tapping on that notification actually took you to the start list instead of just launching the app. Also what may be a consideration is adjusting the workout for the proceeding day if a user extended the rest between sets, the "+10", like maybe ease up or even just repeat as they probably taking extra strain then. 👍

After 4 days I have seen some improvement. My right hip still feels stiff, but I can perform the planks. I still have a long way to go, but I know I will achieve my goal. It's easy to track my progress. Using the app and tracking my progress keeps me motivated. Don't give up. If you need to you can shorten each plank. I read a blog that advised people to take it easy. Great advice there is no deadline.

Nice. Could use some more options like a shorter rest timer at the start of the workout, an audio warning 5 secs before end of rest period and rising tick sound for the last 5 seconds of each set.
