Pretty good so far. Its definitely intense but you feel so good and satisfied after. I love how you can pick how many Reps you want and how intense you want the work outs.
Starts you off gently then ramps things up after 8 or 9 days (I can only comment on medium level at this stage). Doing 4 sets each day takes around 20-30 mins depending which exercises are on that day's agenda - so no excuse for slacking!! Great little app.
I REALLY love this app because 1.you can make your own work out 2. You can chose how many times to do the work out 3. They give you points for working out every day 4. It's practically a calendar I used to hate to work out but with this it is fun
I really love this app, every day is a different routine which makes me want to see what's next. First app I don't delete right away. (1week so far n I love it.)
Great daily nudges to complete the work outs, rest days included, no equipment necessary, and increasing difficulty and endurance over time. Love that you can personalize your duration by selecting the number of times to repeat the circuits.
Great app!! The exercises are easy to do and the little videos help a lot. Doing 2/3 laps for beginnes is more than enough and you will see the difference soon.
