How to Take a Spin:

- Open the app to find the nearest Spin scooter or bike.
- Unlock your Spin by scanning the QR code or by entering its ID.
- Ride safely to your destination, using bike lanes where available.
- Park responsibly, avoiding pedestrian right of ways, building entrances, and wheelchair ramps.
- Provide Bluetooth permissions to connect to vehicles to capture location data in the background to send to our servers for city compliance requirements

I had to preload money. Then the scooters never worked, but I got charged for multiple rides. They refunded all but one ride to my preloaded amount. Then I asked for a refund of my entire balance 3 different times. 15 Bank transactions later, they refunded $6.60. I forgot about it for a few months and when I contacted customer service, they said preloaded amounts are non-refundable after 90 days. They didn't care at all that I had requested a refund 3 times.

this was a first time horrible experience. the scooter didn't go any faster than 8 miles. tried to end ride and kept receiving a message that the scooter was in a restricted no zone area. It was the same area I picked it up from. even the AI option to scan was horrible. I want a full refund and not a partial credit. didnt utilize no more than 30 steps

The scooters are too light weight, jerky acceleration because of the weight, and all back wheel propelled making wheelies easy and unintentional. The app isn't very intuitive and is outright more expensive than local competitor Lime Scooter. With the new parking AI photo review issues that can't be disputed, I normally walk several blocks to find a competitor as opposed to using a closer option from Spin. Every time I break this convention, I'm disappointed.
