Have called the bank to advice difficulty when attempting to photograph s check to be deposited. When aligning the photograph window the picture is oriented 90 degrees cutting off the image. I have to move away from the check to fit it in vertical orientation. Image is smaller the app. rejects the deposit. Repeat and repeat. Informing the problem to representative replies vary from no solution to go deposit directly to the bank. Wasn't always that way ; an update came up had to accept and probl

There's nowhere I can verify if I made a payment to another bank even on the history transactions and the emails aren't arriving has confirmed please fix.

Jan. 14th, 1026 Same issue!!! Fix it! Doesn't want to open! Will freeze and the login doesn't appear. Haven't been able to access my account. What the heck is going on?! Used to work just fine!
